The Red Belt Home Study course is the first level of red belt in Jang Mu Won Hapkido.
-Basic kicking techniques, sitting kicks and special kick techniques.
-Self defense techniques against fist attack using throws.
-Self defense against side kick using twisting, and roundhouse kick using hand strikes, foot strikes, twisting and throwing.
-Defense against bear hugs from different positions using strikes and takedown techniques.
